Process tomography in Saudi Arabia: CEO on trade mission

In November last year, ITS CEO Ken Primrose participated in a trade mission with the UKTI, which saw him meeting key individuals to discuss process tomography in Saudi Arabia.

For seven days, Ken toured around the Dammam area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, visiting a number of prominent universities that are at the forefront of petroleum research, as well as meeting with process engineers from the country’s oil giant. Speaking of the prospect of introducing process tomography in Saudi Arabia, Ken remarked:

“Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a fascinating country, with a world-renowned petrochemical industry. ITS’s expertise in visualising multiphase flows, backed-up by a technology that has been deployed in other petrochemical research centres and pilot plants elsewhere in the world, makes bringing our products to the Saudi Arabian market a very attractive prospect for all involved.”

See the video below for an example of ITS’s tomography technology being employed to visualise a multiphase flow involving oil, gas, and water…

You can find out more about how electrical tomography can be used to visualise multiphase flows by visiting our applications page. Alternatively, you can email our sales team to discuss how our technology can be used to enhance your process.
