Meet the Team – Connor Yarwood: Technical Sales Manager
Background: Born and raised in Sale, the city of Manchester has helped shaped me into the character I am today. In 2017, I graduated from the University of Chester with a BA in Film & Television production before pursuing a career in Sales. I’m an ambitious and resilient individual, whose strongest skills lie within business development, research and account management. I have several years of experience in customer facing positions stretching across a range of industries and I join ITS with a proven track record of winning new business, along with the ability to nurture strong professional relationships.
Role at ITS: As Technical Sales Manager, I’m responsible for delivering the end-to-end process of sales from lead generation through to delivery and after-care. My aim is to generate new global business for ITS through a range of targeted campaigns and marketing strategies, whilst ensuring existing customers are consistently satisfied with our solutions. I’ll be taking up a very customer facing position, hoping to get out on the road and meet our customers both UK wide and internationally once the coronavirus situation has settled.
Hobbies: I’m a keen footballer who plays several times a week around Salford and Trafford. I’m a huge fan of Manchester United and have been going to Old Trafford with my Dad since I was able to walk. I also enjoy listening to music, binge watching various TV series and going out to the cinema.
