ITS provides two data analysis utilities. These have been built up through customer feedback over more than 10 years experience of applying process tomography from applications around the world.

This allows users to manipulate capacitance and resistance tomography data sets through a wide range of tailored features.

• Referencing and averaging routines, pixel tracing and a range of other utilities to interrogate data to understand different process conditions

ITS can export data for analysis using other software tools such as Excel, MatLab, MayaVi, Spyglass and other tools. These export utilities allow users to:
