Technical Specialist

We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Specialist to support the continued growth in our business. This is a varied and challenging role and will include providing advanced technical input to the sales process, specialist support and training to customers and our distributors and involvement in the development of hardware and software.

The key responsibilities will be:

• Customer support of the sales process through specification through to installation and commissioning on customer sites. Customer support including training and remote services e.g. email and telephone support.
• Contribute to the analysis of data, interpretation of results and provision of technical reports.
• Develop applications notes and case studies for dissemination.
• Produce sensor designs and work closely with suppliers during sensor fabrication.
• Specification, design and testing of hardware & software modifications, upgrades and replacements to improve system performance and achieve changed / additional functionality.
• With excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. The role will require significant international travel.

We would like to hear from you if you have an interest in working with novel measurement techniques. Full training in our measurement technologies will be provided.
