Process Interfaces
ITS is able to develop process specific interfaces.
These interfaces are designed for particular processes and tailor the presentation of information to features of particular interest to operators who wish to control or monitor these processes.
In addition, the interface can be designed with:
-
simplified start-up routines which require minimal training to operate
-
audit log to monitor access
-
different levels of user access appropriate for a validated work environment
Particular user interfaces have been developed for:
Monitoring depth of a vortex
Designed to show the level of the air vortex in stirred vessel and report if it is either too deep or too shallow:
Monitoring mixing
Designed to monitor mixing and summarise mixing quality through to variables – mean concentration, homogeneity index.
Monitoring liquid – liquid and solid- liquid interface levels
Designed to show a conductivity interface between two immiscible liquids (as seen in liquid / liquid extraction) or between a slurry and supernatant (as seen in settling solids)
