ITS 2008 User Workshop Day

Following the successful user workshop in May 2007 a common area of interest was identified among several of our industrial users. As a result a slurry workshop was held to discuss the development of electrical resistance tomography applications for solid-liquid slurries in both vessel and pipelines. The day was attended by a number of leading industrial companies, who currently use ITS instrumentation. Common themes were identified which have helped inform the direction of ITS development in this field of application.
ITS will hold its next user workshop in September 2008. The day will include presentations from ITS applications specialists on acoustics, as well as customer presentations from leading industrials on how they are utilising ITS technology.
